The National Science Teachers Association just released their Strategic Goals for 2010. These goals will guide the efforts of NSTA over the course of the next 5 years. Download the goals HERE.
The 4 Strategic Goals are:
- Promote active participation of all teachers of science in improving science education.
- Advocate for the central role of science education to benefit students and society.
- Support high-quality science teaching to improve student learning for the 21st century.
- Influence research in science education and promote its wide application to improve science teaching and student learning.
