NSF recently released Women, Minorities, and Persons with Disabilities in Science and Engineering: 2011. The report can be downloaded directly as a 1.8 MB pdf- HERE. But I would highly recommend checking out the online digest that highlights six key themes:

• enrollment
• field of degree
• employment status
• occupation
• academic employment
• persons with disabilities

I find the online digest tool to be very helpful and more useful than wading through the entire report as a pdf.
