Periodic Table of Videos

Screen shot 2009-09-17 at 5.53.31 PMThe Periodic Table of Videos from the University of Nottingham is an interactive Periodic Table. Click on an element and immediately view a clip of  scientists describing the element, doing experiments, telling stories, etc. All 118 elements are completed and the team is currently revising clips to make them even more engaging.

Download a pdf of the Periodic Table HERE.

Applications for Science Teachers: Chemistry teachers will find a well organized set of resources to support teaching and learning of the elements. This is also a great resource for examples of real scientists at work, the nature of science, and a team demonstrating their love of science.
